*great big sigh*

So, I miss my long hair. Don't get me wrong, I still adore it short. I just get bored so easily. and i wanna braid it or put it up in a bun and i cant do it!! *goes cross eyed* So I'm officially letting it grow. Then, who knows. I'll try not to dive off the nearest cliff when i wake up every morning for the next couple years till its long again.

Portraits

Okay, so its not my strong point in painting. But I love doing portraits. Trying to capture a little piece of a person in something tangible is so worth it. Someone you look up to or care for or just enjoy. The portrait here is of my friend Jordan, guitar player and foxy stringbean viking extraordinaire that i painted last year. We were quite close for a long while. Then he got a girlfriend. haha. Anyway, i had so much fun with this one. I didnt have a picture to reference, but it came rather easily. Here's to portraits!
